Trying to Get Pregnant or Support a Healthy Pregnancy?
At Expecting Eats, I provide nutritional coaching to manage gestational diabetes, fight infertility and promote a healthy pregnancy.
Poor nutrition can affect pregnancy in several ways:
Changes hormone levels
Reduces sperm/egg quality
Disrupts the menstrual cycle
Impairs uterine health and implantation, making it harder to sustain pregnancy
Increases the risk of gestational diabetes and other pregnancy complications
I am dedicated to helping families trying to conceive or manage gestational diabetes create personalized, balanced meal plans that provide all the nutrients you need to nourish yourself and your growing baby. With practical, tailored strategies, I take the guesswork out of healthy eating and help you feel confident in your pregnancy and fertility journey.

Testimonials
Dr Madhuri
I would like to thank Lois for giving a good in-depth understanding of nutritious diet for my child. As the mother of a newly diagnosed type 1 DM , the carb counting of Indian foods and various options put forth by Lois was a huge help. I would recommend Lois , as she is easily approachable and very resourceful .
